Amoirin understands that managing a club like Manchester United comes with its challenges; patience from both fans and management can be thin at times as results are expected quickly.
The previous manager, Ten Hag's second season was marred by injuries but his reluctance to rotate may have contributed significantly. Comparatively speaking, Amoirin seems better at communicating effectively - not just with media but within his squad too.
